Hello again!!, I have a great sanitation/cleaning tip to use for all of your Andis tools......Its called Andis Blade Wash...You would want to do this at least once a week....I do it every Saturday at the end of my week, so that when I return to work on Tuesday my clippers and trimmers are ready to go....TIP...... Open up your Andis Blade Wash, (Can be ordered here on our website if you cant find it in a local beauty supply store), pour enough of the blade wash into the lid of the container to cover the blade of the clipper only, about 1/4 inch, ( this prevents hair from getting into the rest of your container, and possibly dipping your equipment too far into solution). Take your clipper or trimmer, turn it on, tilt lid carefully, laying the blade of tool in the liquid, and watch all the hair just come spilling out! Once this complete, wipe blade off with soft, dry cloth.After all equipment is done, discard dirty solution, rinse lid with soap and water, wipe clean and replace back on Blade Wash......I promise you, if you do this once a week with our Andis Blade Wash, you will maintain a healthy, happy clipper!!!!
