Reverse fade

Elijah Mack was rocking the Andis Master at IBS Las Vegas... This cut in particular caught my eye... faded... in reverse... longer at the bottom... How did he do that? Amazing! Nice work E-Mac!

Rick the Barber

Las vegas' own Rick the barber form the Barber shop at Charleston and Decatur stopped by to knock out a few sharp cuts at the Andis booth at the IBS show. Thank you Rick.

E Mack makes his debut

Elijah Mack made his debut for Andis at the IBS Las vegas show last weekend. Great talent, engaging stage presence, this guy has the goods. You will see more of him at more Andis events in the future. Thank you for the hair cut, too. Nice work.

Lynn Live in Vegas

Once again Lynn Yafchak was putting hair on a trade show floor for Andis. She is always highly entertaining, creative and great to watch. She LOVES her T-24 blade and is fearless in making detachable clippers do all they can do. Thank you Lynn!

MLB at IBS - Veags Barber Competition

The second MLB / Andis barber competition was held at IBS Las Vegas. the MLB team did a great job of staging the event, whipping up the crowd and sharing barber love as they always do. Big trophies, awesome barber creativity and a huge pile of FREE Andis give-aways were the order of the day. This is turning into must-see hair show stuff. Congrats MLB on a fine job.

can I be Frank?

No. You can not be Frank. This guy is the REAL Frank. he replied to an ad to be a model for me for Andis for the premiere Orlando show. Frank has a LOT of hair. Frank gas a LOT less now. Frank got a great taper cut. Frank looks much improved. Have a before and after look at our new friend Frank.

Me and Matt at Modern

This is me cutting Matt at Modern salon media stage at premiere Orlando. Andis and I was invited to present spots on the stage at Modern Salon Media on the show floor. I did 1 spot on Sunday and 1 spot on Monday. Matt got cut on Sunday and Brad (yes, mannequin brad) got cut on Monday. Thank you Modern for the invite and the chance to play in your sandbox! Martin parsons was on before me on Monday (nice opening act for me! (no, really an honor). Thank you.

50 heads...

We had a sell out room for the Andis hands-on class at premiere Orlando... so 24+ cutters = over 50 heads in the room. We thought we would get a group shot. Looking good all!

Heidi handles some hair...

MVP... The box debut

The long awaited, awesome and amazing retail package for the NEW and HOT Andis MVP made its debut at Premiere Orlando last week. Andis is now shipping all MVPs in full color packaging. The white boxes were a temp package until the Andis graphics team could finalize this box. What do you think? Foil elements, raised embossing. We hope you like the box... and what is inside a bit more that that!

Nape taper...

This is the back of Frank's head after he was a model in the Andis class at premiere Orlando. This guy had an amazing amount of hair... Perfect for demonstrating classic clipper-over-comb. Thank you Frank for your time and your hair!

This t-out tattoo with the insane clown and barber pole motif is to be found on the arm of Ariel Arnaud from Port Charlotte, FL. Another Andis fan who has found a way to share his passion and his art. We like!

This one is an image of the world famous T-Outliner trimmer on Anthony Baez's right shoulder. Great pop in the color. So many Andis tattoos are black only. Nice to see the vivid flair of this one.

Premiere Orlando, so many ways to learn

Friday I fly to Orlando for premiere 2011.
Show set up is on Sat and the show is Sunday and Monday.
I am still seeking a few more models to support our educational programming.
Speaking of programming... we have so much going on at the show. if you do not get your fill of clipper cutting education... it is not Adis' fault.
here is a run down of all we have going on:
Saturday
Hands-on clipper cutting workshop 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. extra cost for this class as space is limited and a mannequin and FREE goodies are included.
Sunday
Live education on the show floor at the Andis stage all day
Classroom education in room 340D at 12:15 and 3:15
and Andis on the Modern salon Media stage at booth 1866 at 10:30
Monday
