The Andis hands-on clipper cutting class at Premiere was a hoot. Fast paced and a bit hectic. I think the agenda was just a bit ambitious for the rookie portion of the crowd. Even so, fun was had by all and at the very least everyone was working hard and the hair was a’flyin’. We workshopped 7 powerful concepts. We did shear style cutting, back hand layering, clipper-over-comb overhand, clipper-over-comb underhand, skip guard tapering, 4 min fading and flat topping. We had quite a few impressive flat tops created by a few clipper cutters who have not had much experience with the discipline. Nice. This was definitely the number 1 clipper educational opportunity of the weekend. Premiere shows web site is below. Plan to be there next year. If you want to see this workshop happen again... speak out. it is not too soon to plan.
